Humanitas Research Hospital has convention agreements with many insurance companies and corporations for the refund of most treatments and ambulatory services.

Agreements with insurances and funds

The convention agreements can be of two types:

Direct billing contract
Humanitas receives direct payment for complete or partial payment of the services provided for its claimant from the insurance company.
Indirect billing contract
The patient who, in any case, can take advantage of favourable economic conditions, pays the services provided by the Institute in full and then applies for whole or partial refund from his/her insurance or Mutual Benefit.

We always advise claimants to check the terms and conditions of their convention with their insurance or mutual benefit.
