When to undergo this type of examination?

The examination course is available every day, from Monday to Friday, and takes up to 2 or 3 hours. 

 

 

What does this type of examination entail?

 

The examination includes:

  • Blood test*: a sample of an individual’s blood taken via vein to help evaluate the main organs and provide useful information as to their function within the body.
  • Upper abdomen Ultrasound: By use of an ultrasonic probe, the operator can view all the major organs and blood vessels that are in the upper cavity of the abdomen and pinpoint any abnormalities.
  • Visit with a gastroenterologist
