Doctor Alessandra Veronesi works in the Plastic Surgery Unit of Humanitas Research Hospital.

She is specialized in reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine and regenerative medicine.

Doctor Veronesi is an assistant at the Burn Unit and at the Plastic Surgery Division, which is a regional reference centre for the culture in vitro of epidermis and bank for the cryopreservation of tissues. She has performed clinical and surgical activities related to the treatment of burns and their outcomes, to congenital malformations of the cervical-facial district and of the hand.

In addition, she has gained experience in the clinical use of cryopreserved skin for the treatment of large burns and in the research related to the culture of epidermis in vitro for the treatment of burns and difficult wounds.

    Her duties included treating Outpatients with complicated wounds.
