Q: What test analyzes the visible part of the eye?

A: Corneal topography is a test that analyzes the curvature, shape and size of the cornea (the visible part of the eye). It measures the elevation of the front surface and the rear of the cornea, the thickness of the cornea, the depth of the anterior chamber (the space between the cornea and iris) and the iridocorneal angle (the site of aqueous drainage from the anterior chamber).
